The Salty Surfer Co® ships UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. Options include ground, three-day, two-day and next-day shipping.
We are currently unable to ship to PO or APO boxes through the website. If you need to ship an order to a PO Box or APO/FPO,

Shipping Estimates
Shipping can be estimated before the final check out page on our website. After you place all of the items you wish to purchase into
your cart, proceed to the check out. At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code.
Tracking a Package
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped,
and you can then view your tracking number online at UPS.
Back Orders
All items shown on the website are currently available. Some items may be missing sizes, and this will be indicated when you choose the item.
If a size is out of stock, customer service will notify you within 48 hrs.
At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of
options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available
and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your
credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.

If you would like a gift certificate please CONTACT US, and we will be more than happy to send one out to you.
Choose from two convenient ways to send your gift. We offer both an email and a paper gift certificate. Gift certificates can be purchased
in the amounts of 5 dollars to 200 dollars and can be redeemed online or emailing customerservice@thesaltysurfer.com
Email Gift Certificate
The Salty Surfer Co. gift certificates are delivered via email just hours after your purchase them. You can either email the gift certificate to
anyone in the USA or give the gift in person by printing it out a Paper Gift Certificate

How to Use Your Online Gift Certificate To use your online gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will see an area
for a gift certificate code during the checkout process. Simply enter your gift code and the remaining balance will be applied to your order.
If your total order exceeds the gift certificate balance you will be asked to enter your credit card information. If your total order is less
than the gift certificate balance you will not be prompted for this information and your balance will be held for your next purchase.
